01 / DISCOVERY

Step 1 — Start with the facts
Year, model, trim, brake package, suspension, tire goals and intended use create the technical boundary for the project. Accurate information at this stage reduces uncertainty later and gives every design decision a clear reference.
Step 2 — Define the feeling
Reference images, finish direction, stance, spoke character and the qualities you do—or do not—want the wheel to express become the creative brief. Words such as precise, technical, deep or quietly aggressive help translate taste into an actionable direction.
The goal is not to copy a generic wheel. It is to understand the visual intent and resolve it around the vehicle.

Step 3 — Fitment engineering
The brief becomes a build-specific specification. Diameter, width, offset, hub, caliper clearance, tire relationship, spoke profile and concavity are resolved as one system. Each choice affects the next, so geometry is reviewed together rather than as isolated measurements.
Step 4 — Review and approve
You review the agreed design direction and key build details before production. Finish, profile, proportions and critical specifications are confirmed while they are still decisions—not surprises.

03 / PRODUCTION
Form the blank. Machine the intent.
Step 5 — Forging and CNC machining
A 6061 aluminum forging provides the starting form. Precision CNC machining translates the approved geometry into the wheel’s final architecture, including spoke paths, pockets, hub features and mounting surfaces.
Step 6 — Finish and quality control
Finish execution, visual review, critical dimensions and order details are checked before the completed set is prepared for the road. The final five percent still matters: color consistency, surface quality and specification control determine how the finished wheel is experienced.
