How VORX Pricing Works

VORX custom-wheel pricing reflects the selected wheel construction, size, width, design, engineering requirements, finish, hardware and other requested options.

Unless a product page expressly states that a price is for a set, a price displayed as “Starting at” or “ea.” is the starting price for one wheel. The final price may change when the customer selects a different size, construction, finish, hardware package or other custom option.

Price Applicable to an Order

The price and specifications submitted when the order is placed apply to that order. Once VORX has received the required deposit or payment, a later increase in VORX's public prices will not be added to the unchanged order.

If the customer requests a change to the size, construction, finish, hardware or another specification after ordering, VORX will advise whether the requested change is available and whether it changes the price or estimated lead time.

Future Price Changes

VORX may update public prices to reflect changes in materials, manufacturing, finishing, engineering or other operating costs. Updated public prices apply to new orders placed after the change and do not apply retroactively to an unchanged order for which VORX has already received the required deposit or payment.

VORX does not offer a retroactive price-match, multiple-of-the-difference payment, membership price guarantee or automatic refund solely because a public price is later reduced. Any promotion or special written offer is governed by its own stated terms.

Pricing Errors

VORX may correct a clear typographical, technical or configuration error in a displayed price. If an error affects an order, VORX will contact the customer and provide the corrected information before proceeding or cancel the affected order and return the amount paid for that canceled order.
