These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to vorxwheels.com and your purchase or use of products and services offered by VORX Custom Forged Wheels ("VORX," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the website, requesting engineering or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your location. You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity; interfere with store security; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content without permission; misrepresent your identity; or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or enforce these Terms.

2. Product information and quotations

We work to present accurate images, specifications, pricing and availability. Screen settings, lighting, material batches and hand-finished processes can create reasonable differences in color, gloss, texture or appearance. Renderings and vehicle mockups are illustrative unless expressly included in an approved engineering document.

Quotes are valid only for the period stated and may depend on confirmed vehicle, fitment, finish, destination, tax and freight information. We may correct obvious errors or cancel an order affected by incorrect pricing or unavailable specifications, in which case amounts paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.

3. Orders, deposits and approval

An order is accepted when VORX sends written confirmation, not merely when a cart or payment is submitted. We may request identity, payment or fitment verification before acceptance.

Custom wheel production depends on your approval of the final order specifications, which may include size, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance, profile, finish, hardware and center-cap details. You are responsible for reviewing these details and promptly identifying errors. Approval by email, message, signed document or another recorded method authorizes production.

Any deposit schedule, balance due date and payment milestone shown in the order confirmation forms part of the order. Unless VORX agrees otherwise in writing, the remaining balance must clear before shipment.

4. Vehicle information and fitment

You must provide complete, accurate and current vehicle information, including relevant modifications. VORX recommendations are based on that information. Tire profile, suspension travel, ride height, alignment, bodywork, brake changes and aftermarket parts may affect clearance beyond the wheel specifications.

Before mounting tires, a qualified installer must test-fit each wheel, verify brake and suspension clearance, confirm fastening-seat compatibility and check that the wheel rotates freely. Do not modify or install a product that appears incorrect. Customer-supplied errors or undisclosed vehicle modifications are not VORX manufacturing defects.

5. Lead times, shipping and risk

Custom manufacturing and delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed dates unless VORX expressly agrees in writing. Complex finishes, engineering revisions, material availability, quality-control rework, carrier conditions, customs and events outside reasonable control can affect timing. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.

Risk of loss and legal title transfer as required by the shipping terms in your order and applicable law. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage and destination requirements unless the written order states they are included.

6. Installation, care and motorsport use

Wheels and tires are safety-critical components. Installation, tire mounting, balancing, fastener torque and re-torque must be completed according to vehicle, tire and hardware requirements by a qualified professional. Use only compatible tires, fasteners, valves and TPMS equipment. Inspect wheels regularly and discontinue use after an impact, loss of pressure, vibration, cracking, deformation or suspected damage.

Track, competition, off-road or other extreme use carries inherent risk and may require inspection and maintenance beyond normal road use. A product's suitability for such use must be confirmed in writing. Nothing on the website is a substitute for professional inspection or safe driving.

7. Returns, refunds and lifetime structural warranty

The Return & Refund Policy applies to cancellations, returns, damage reports and refunds. The separate VORX Lifetime Structural Warranty applies according to its own eligibility, exclusions and claim procedure. No statement from a reseller, installer or other third party changes VORX obligations unless VORX confirms it in writing.

8. Intellectual property and customer content

The website, VORX name and marks, wheel designs, renderings, photography, videos, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to VORX and protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal shopping and product evaluation, but may not reproduce, manufacture from, sell, license or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.

If you submit photos, reviews or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so. You grant VORX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law. Contact us before submission if you do not want customer media considered for promotional use.

9. Third-party services

The Services may use or link to third-party payment, financing, social-media, mapping, analytics or other services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. VORX is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product warranties, if any, are stated in the applicable written warranty; no additional implied warranty is created by website content where exclusion is lawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VORX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from the Services or products. VORX's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any non-excludable consumer rights.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify VORX against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or material misuse or unauthorized modification of a product. This section does not make you responsible for VORX's own negligence or unlawful conduct.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the VORX entity identified on your order confirmation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts with jurisdiction over that entity will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue by contacting the other party in writing.

13. Changes, severability and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms, the order confirmation and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning the Services, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
