VORX ships wheels using secure, traceable carrier services. We offer worldwide shipping to most serviceable regions, subject to carrier coverage, customs rules and destination restrictions.

The estimates above do not include every possible transit or customs delay. For international orders, transit commonly takes about 2 weeks from dispatch, but the actual time depends on destination, carrier service and customs clearance.

Because "other wheels" may be either stocked or specially sourced, your written order confirmation controls if it gives a different timeframe. Custom finishes, engineering revisions, material availability or quality-control rework may also extend production.

How the process works

1. Confirm the wheel specifications

We verify the vehicle, fitment, construction, finish and delivery information. Custom production begins only after required approvals and payment are complete.

2. Manufacture and inspect

Custom wheels are produced to the approved specifications and inspected before packing. The 4-week order-to-delivery estimate is a good-faith estimate rather than a guaranteed date.

3. Pack and dispatch

Each wheel is individually protected using wheel-appropriate surface covering, cushioning and reinforced packaging. Center caps, hardware or small components may be packed separately within a labeled carton.

4. Track the shipment

Tracking is sent to the email address or telephone number on the order after carrier acceptance. Tracking may need up to 48 hours to display movement, and cartons from one order may arrive separately.

Free-shipping eligibility

Orders over US$99 qualify for free standard shipping where the store or written quote shows that service as available. Remote-area, oversize, freight, expedited, customs, brokerage or special-handling charges may not be included. If an additional charge is required, VORX will confirm it before dispatch.

International duties and taxes

Unless the checkout or written quotation expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, customs brokerage, storage, inspection and other destination charges. Customers must confirm that the products can lawfully be imported and used in their destination.

Delivery addresses and carrier delays

Review the name, address, postal code and phone number before confirming the order. Contact info@vorxwheels.com immediately if a correction is needed. Once a shipment is released, rerouting may be unavailable or may incur carrier fees.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless VORX expressly provides a written guarantee. Weather, customs, peak demand, carrier interruption, incorrect addresses and other events outside reasonable control can cause delays. A delay does not automatically cancel a made-to-order purchase.

Inspect before installation

Inspect the number and condition of cartons on delivery. When practical, ask the carrier to record visible punctures, crushing, moisture or opened seals. Photograph every side of a damaged carton before opening it, and keep all labels, foam and packaging.

Do not mount tires or install a wheel that is damaged, missing components or appears incorrect. Report damage, shortage or an incorrect shipment to info@vorxwheels.com within 7 calendar days after delivery with:

The order number.
Photos of all sides of the carton and shipping label.
Photos and video of the wheel and affected area.
A description of the issue and confirmation that the wheel has not been mounted.

If VORX confirms a shipping error or covered carrier claim, we will provide written repair, replacement or return instructions. Do not send a product back without authorization.
