Every VORX forged wheel is built for a specific vehicle and inspected before release. VORX provides the original retail purchaser with a limited lifetime warranty against verified structural defects in materials or manufacturing for as long as that purchaser owns the wheels.
This warranty is limited to the structural integrity of the wheel. It is not a promise that finishes, coatings, hardware or cosmetic appearance will remain unchanged for the life of the wheel.
Who is covered
Coverage applies only to the original retail purchaser named on the VORX order or invoice. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty cannot be transferred to a later owner or to another vehicle owner.
What is covered
VORX will evaluate claims involving a suspected structural failure caused by a defect in material or workmanship under normal, intended road use. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and continues while the original purchaser owns the wheel.
VORX must inspect the product or the evidence requested for the claim before coverage can be confirmed. If a claim is approved, VORX will, at its discretion, repair the affected wheel or replace it with the same or a reasonably comparable product. Replacement of a single affected wheel is the remedy when replacing the full set is not reasonably necessary.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- collision, curb contact, potholes, road hazards, impact, bending or cracking caused by external force;
- neglect, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance or operation beyond the advised wheel or vehicle load rating;
- racing, track, drag, road-course, off-road, competition or other extreme use unless VORX approved that application in writing;
- incorrect tire size or pressure, improper tire mounting, balancing, installation, fastener torque or re-torque;
- damage caused by incompatible lug nuts, bolts, valves, TPMS equipment, spacers or other components;
- re-drilling, welding, machining, disassembly, refinishing, straightening, repair or any other alteration not authorized by VORX in writing;
- damage caused by abrasive cleaners, corrosive chemicals, road salt, brake dust, extreme heat or improper storage;
- scratches, chips, staining, fading, oxidation, discoloration, clear-coat wear, finish variation or other cosmetic conditions;
- normal wear and aging of paint, powder coat, plating, polished surfaces, hardware, seals, center caps or decorative carbon-fiber treatments;
- shipping or handling damage, which must be reported under the VORX Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy; or
- tires, mounting, balancing, labor, vehicle downtime, towing, storage, loss of use or other incidental or consequential costs.
An unauthorized modification or third-party repair voids coverage for the affected wheel. Stop using a wheel immediately if it has sustained an impact, loses air, vibrates, cracks, deforms or may otherwise be unsafe.
How to submit a warranty claim
Before returning anything, email info@vorxwheels.com with:
- The original purchaser's name, order number and proof of purchase.
- The vehicle year, make, model, trim and all relevant modifications.
- Clear photos of the complete wheel, the affected area and all identification markings.
- Video where movement, runout or air loss is part of the concern.
- A written description of when and how the issue occurred.
VORX may request additional information or professional inspection results. Do not continue driving on a wheel that may be unsafe, and do not send a wheel back without written return authorization.
Inspection and shipping
If physical inspection is required, the tire must be removed and the wheel must be securely packed according to VORX instructions. The purchaser pays inbound freight for the initial inspection. VORX is not responsible for transit damage caused by inadequate packaging.
For an approved claim, VORX will repair or replace the covered wheel without charge and pay approved outbound freight. For a claim that is not covered, VORX may provide a repair or replacement quotation; inspection, repair and shipping charges remain the purchaser's responsibility.
Limits and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, repair or replacement of the covered wheel is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any implied warranties that may legally be limited are limited to the duration and scope permitted by applicable law.
