Refund policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
VORX forged wheels are made to order for a specific vehicle and customer-selected configuration. They are not stocked, universal-fit products. Please review the approved fitment, construction and finish carefully before production begins.
The essentials
- Custom-built VORX wheels cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged after an order is placed.
- The 30% order deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due within 4 business days after we notify you that the wheels are complete.
- If VORX supplies an incorrect wheel, we will arrange the applicable correction and cover shipping that we approve in advance.
- All returns and shipping claims require prior authorization. Do not ship a wheel to us without written instructions.
These terms do not exclude remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Made-to-order purchases
Every VORX custom forged wheel set is manufactured for the vehicle and specifications confirmed with the customer. The configuration may include diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance, profile, finish, color, hardware, engraving and center-cap details.
Because a completed order cannot reasonably be resold as a standard product, custom orders are final sale. A change of mind, a change of vehicle, dissatisfaction with a customer-approved specification or incorrect information supplied by the customer does not qualify for a refund.
If the final balance is not paid within 4 business days after completion notice, storage charges may apply. Subject to applicable law and any written order agreement, a prolonged failure to pay may result in loss of the deposit and sale of the order to recover unpaid costs. Contact info@vorxwheels.com immediately if a payment issue arises.
Color and custom-finish expectations
Digital images, edited photography, lighting and screen settings can change how a finish appears. Powder-coat and translucent finishes can also show reasonable variation between production batches. The customer is responsible for approving the selected color and finish; preference-based concerns about an approved color are not grounds for return.
Chrome-plated finishes
On multi-piece chrome-plated wheels, minor marking can develop at high-stress hardware contact areas. VORX controls the visible face of the finish, but concealed or secondary areas may not have identical appearance. A chrome finish is not eligible for a preference-based refund when it meets the approved specification and accepted custom-finish tolerances. Customers seeking a highly uniform mirror appearance should ask whether a polished finish is more suitable.
Carbon-fiber wrap and water-transfer finishes
Carbon-fiber wrap is a decorative customization and is not a permanent structural coating. Water-transfer carbon-fiber graphics are also decorative and are not designed as long-term protective coatings. Normal wear, edge lifting or appearance changes caused by use, heat, impact, chemicals or improper care are not manufacturing defects. For severe operating conditions, ask about powder-coated or raw-aluminum alternatives before ordering.
Fitment, tires and mounting
VORX uses the vehicle and modification information supplied with the order to recommend or manufacture fitment. If the customer requests custom specifications, the customer accepts responsibility for issues arising from those specifications, tire selection, body modifications, suspension changes, aftermarket brakes or other undisclosed conditions.
Use a qualified custom-wheel installer with equipment appropriate for forged and multi-piece wheels. Before tires are mounted, the installer must test-fit the wheels and verify brake, suspension, body and fastener clearance. Any discrepancy must be reported before mounting. Once a wheel is mounted to a tire, it is considered used and is not eligible for a fitment-based exchange.
Damage caused by tire mounting or installation—including scratches, damaged inner or outer barrels, a disturbed multi-piece seal, incorrect lug hardware or improper torque—is not covered. Lug nuts or bolts are not included unless the order expressly says otherwise.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
Inspect every wheel before mounting a tire. If VORX shipped an incorrect item, or if a product arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, email info@vorxwheels.com within 7 calendar days after delivery and include:
- The original purchaser's name, order number and proof of purchase.
- Vehicle year, make, model, trim and relevant modifications.
- Clear photos and video showing the full wheel, the concern and identification markings.
- A written description of the issue and when it was discovered.
Keep all original packaging. If VORX authorizes a return, the wheel must be unmounted and securely packed according to our instructions. VORX is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging. If we confirm that VORX supplied the wrong item or that a covered issue existed when delivered, we will provide the appropriate repair, replacement or refund remedy and cover approved shipping. Do not return any product without written authorization.
Structural manufacturing defects are handled under the separate VORX Lifetime Structural Warranty.
