The separate Lifetime Structural Warranty addresses qualifying manufacturing defects under its own terms. It does not depend on an active VORX CARE plan.

Understand your protection

Two protections. Different causes.

VORX offers two separate paths for the original purchaser. The Lifetime Structural Warranty addresses qualifying defects in a wheel’s construction. VORX CARE addresses eligible accidental damage to the original registered set during an active coverage term.

Manufacturing defects

Lifetime Structural Warranty

For verified structural defects. It lasts while the original purchaser owns the wheels.

Resolution
VORX repairs or replaces the affected wheel at no charge for an approved claim. Installation and transportation charges are not covered.
Outside this warranty
Road impacts and cosmetic damage are outside its structural coverage. Under the current warranty terms, track use voids that limited warranty.
Read the structural warranty ↗
Accidental damage

VORX CARE

For eligible wheel damage, including road impacts, cosmetic damage and track-related damage, while the registered plan is active.

Replacement benefit
Pay 60% for a monoblock or 70% for a two-piece wheel, based on that wheel’s original transaction price.
Term & limit
12 months per term; up to four eligible discounted replacements during that term.

Which path applies? Send VORX your order information and evidence of the issue. A qualifying structural defect follows the structural warranty’s repair or replacement process, without a VORX CARE wheel charge. Eligible accidental damage follows VORX CARE’s discounted replacement process. Each program keeps its own eligibility, remedy and exclusions.

Your cost

How the replacement price is calculated

The discount applies to the actual original transaction price of the individual damaged wheel, after any original-order discounts. It is not calculated from the wheel’s current retail price. Taxes, shipping and separately priced services are excluded from the original wheel price used for this calculation.

Illustrative replacement pricing
Example Monoblock Two-piece
Example original set price $3,500 $4,300
Example individual wheel price $875 $1,075
VORX CARE price $525 (60%) $752.50 (70%)
Savings on that wheel $350 $322.50

Examples assume four equally priced wheels. Actual front and rear wheel prices may differ; your quote will use the original recorded price for the specific damaged wheel.

Damage review

Eligible wheel damage

VORX CARE may provide a discounted replacement for eligible accidental wheel damage, whether structural or cosmetic. Normal driving, track use and organized motorsport may qualify. Each claim is reviewed and may require additional inspection.

Road impact
Unexpected contact on the road

Potholes that bend a wheel, debris that causes cracking, accidental curb impacts and other accidental road-impact damage.

Appearance
Cosmetic damage

Minor surface scratches and cosmetic curb rash may qualify for a discounted replacement.

Performance use
Track and motorsport damage

Damage sustained during racing, track days or organized motorsport may qualify under VORX CARE.

Not covered by VORX CARE

Intentional damage or fraudulent claims

Requests to change the original design, finish or specifications

Do not drive on a wheel that may be structurally unsafe. Do not take risks to record claim evidence.

Original order

Original specifications only

A VORX CARE replacement must match the corresponding original registered wheel. At this time, changes to the model, spoke design, construction, diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, concavity, lip configuration, finish, color, center cap, engraving or other custom specifications are not permitted through the plan.

If front and rear wheels differ, each replacement must match the specifications and recorded price of the specific damaged wheel. A new wheel order does not inherit coverage from an earlier set.

Usage allowance

Up to four per coverage year

An active plan permits up to four eligible discounted wheel replacements in each 12-month term. Multiple wheels from one qualifying incident may use multiple allowances. Separate incidents may qualify within the same annual limit.

Replacing a wheel in the same position again uses another allowance. Unused allowances expire at the end of the term and have no cash value. A replacement wheel remains under the original plan’s expiration date; it does not start a new 12-month term.

Coverage is registered to the original purchaser and wheel set. It cannot be sold, gifted, assigned or transferred to a later owner.

Claim process

How to request a replacement

  1. Contact VORX. Email your original order number and a description of the damage.
  2. Submit photos and video. Provide clear photographs and a required damage video showing the complete wheel, visible damage and identification or serial markings where accessible.
  3. Review and quote. VORX verifies the original purchase, registered specifications, active coverage, remaining allowance and damage eligibility. The quote shows your discounted wheel price and any additional charges.
  4. Approve replacement. After claim approval and payment, VORX makes the replacement to the original registered specifications and confirms delivery details.

Keep the damaged wheel until VORX confirms whether physical inspection or return is required. Do not send it without instructions.

Delivery costs

Replacement shipping

Standard outbound shipping for approved VORX CARE replacements is included for most destinations in the United States and Canada. U.S. islands, certain remote areas and destinations outside standard coverage may incur an additional charge based on actual shipping cost. VORX will disclose any such charge before payment.

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and special handling are not included unless VORX expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Tires, mounting, balancing, alignment, vehicle repairs and other third-party services are not included in the replacement wheel price.

Coverage term

Start, renewal & cancellation

The complimentary first 12 months begin when the qualifying original wheel set is delivered. Eligible later terms are available at $259 per year, subject to program availability. The plan applies only to that registered set.

VORX sends a renewal reminder to the registered email address seven calendar days before expiration. Renewal is optional and requires customer authorization; there is no automatic charge without authorization. Coverage cannot be bought or renewed retroactively for damage during an uncovered period.

As the program’s standard commercial policy, paid VORX CARE fees are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires cancellation, a refund or another remedy. Any legally required rights take precedence and must be reflected in the final agreement applicable to the customer’s location.
