Custom wheel quotes and fitment

For the fastest recommendation, include:

  • vehicle year, make, model and trim;
  • brake package and drivetrain;
  • current or preferred wheel and tire sizes;
  • suspension, widebody or other relevant modifications;
  • preferred wheel design, construction and finish;
  • delivery city, state/province, postal code and country; and
  • clear vehicle or brake-clearance photos if requested.

Existing order support

Email info@vorxwheels.com with your order number in the subject line for specification approvals, production updates, address questions or tracking support. Do not send payment card information by email or chat.

Delivery, damage or return help

Keep the product and all original packaging. Send your order number, carton-label photos and clear photos or video of the issue to info@vorxwheels.com. Shipping damage or missing items should be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery. Review our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Lifetime Structural Warranty before sending any item back.
