This Privacy Policy explains how Vorx Wheels collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit vorxwheels.com, contact us, request a fitment consultation, create an account or purchase our products (collectively, the "Services").

  • Contact and account data: name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, login details and communication preferences.
  • Order and payment data: products, specifications, transaction history, payment status and limited payment information. Full card details are generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored by VORX.
  • Vehicle and fitment data: vehicle year, make, model, trim, VIN if voluntarily supplied, brake package, suspension, wheel and tire measurements, modifications, photos, drawings and requested finishes.
  • Customer communications: quote requests, emails, chat messages, reviews, survey responses and customer-support records.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location and interactions with the store.
  • Information from partners: data from ecommerce, payment, shipping, analytics, advertising, fraud-prevention and social-media providers where permitted by law.

How we use personal information

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age at which parental consent is required in their location. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us to request deletion.

Security and third-party links
